"Still On the Fence About Them"
As someone who usually likes to research a brand a bit before buying, I didn’t feel totally confident here. The site looks fine overall, but the information felt a little light to me. I’m not saying it’s a bad company, I’d just be cautious before placing an order.

Overall, it was fine, but the color wasn’t quite what I thought I was getting from the photos on Waverlo. I picked what looked like a soft beige, but in person it had more of a yellow tone to it. Compared to what a lot of people probably expect when ordering online, it wasn’t a major mismatch, but it was noticeable to me. Still usable and the shipping was totally fine, just not exactly the shade I had in mind

"I had a small problem with my order..."
I had a small problem with my order, which was kind of frustrating at first, even though it wasn’t a huge deal. I expected the usual copy-paste replies, but customer service got back to me quickly and were actually friendly. They helped sort it out without making it more complicated. So yeah, I wasn’t thrilled that I had to contact support in the first place, but I’m really happy with how they handled it.

"Exchange turned into a hassle"
I tried to exchange something from my order and it ended up being way more frustrating than I expected. I don’t know if it was just bad timing or what, but it took forever to get a response, and then they asked me for info I’m sure I had already sent. The instructions weren’t really clear either, so I felt like I was just chasing them around trying to figure out what to do next. It’s still not properly sorted, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I thought the return might be a pain, but it was super simple. You send it back, and before you know it, the refund shows up. No hassle at all.

I’ve ordered from waverlo.com twice now, and to be fair, both deliveries showed up right on time. No weird delays or having to chase the package, which I appreciated. That said, the communication felt minimal, and when I had a small question, it kind of felt like I was being ignored. The orders arrived fine, but the customer experience could’ve felt a little more personal

"Not the Quality I Was Expecting"
I ordered from waverlo.com the item felt cheap as soon as I took it out. The stitching was messy, the material was really thin, and it wasn’t nothing like what I expected. I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

"Not quite what I expected"
As someone who’s picky about how things look, I was a little disappointed. The photos made it seem one way, but in person it looked noticeably different. Not terrible, just not what I thought I was getting

"Pretty good fit, just snug in the shoulders"
I tried it on and overall it fit me well, which was a relief. The only thing I noticed was that it felt a little tight around my shoulders. It wasn’t uncomfortable enough to return, but if I bought it again, I’d probably go one size up just to have a bit more room

"Pretty good for price"
I wasn’t expecting a lot when I first tried Waverlo, but it ended up being better than I thought. For a price, it felt fair, and I didn’t get that feeling like I was paying too much for what I got.
Overall, I’m happy with it. It was easy to use, there wasn’t any strange extra charges, and it just did what I needed without making things complicated

"Refund finally came through, but it took forever"
I did get my refund in the end, but it took way longer than it should have. What made it more annoying was dealing with support and getting the same copy-paste replies instead of an actual update. It felt like I was just waiting around with no real answer until the money finally showed up

I was half expecting something to be missing or wrong because that’s usually how these things go, but nope, I got exactly what I ordered. Everything was correct, no issues, no back-and-forth, no annoying hassle. Kind of sad that this feels like a win, but here we are...

I did get updates from waverlo.com, but they weren’t always as quick as I was hoping. They eventually replied and the information was helpful, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just felt like I had to keep checking back a few times, which seemed kind of unnecessary. Communication could definitely be clearer and more consistent...

"Tracking was easy to follow"
I got updates quickly and the tracking was easy to follow. The order did show up on time, but I was still expecting some kind of apology for the confusion earlier in the process
